1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

As the Compliance Manager you will be responsible for the compliance function, ensuring all elements of the warehouse compliance program are properly implemented and executed.

Your focus will be on delivering strategies and programs to mitigate risk, as well as continuously evaluating and improving the efficiency of controls.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Lead the on-site warehouse process for identification, analysis and prioritization of compliance-based risks, and communicate potential impacts to company leadership; utilize risk assessment reports to drive targeted efforts in monitoring and auditing to ensure risks are mitigated and resolved appropriately



* Develop, modify, implement and provide training on compliance-related procedures and work instructions - coordinate rollout and training of new or updated policies and directives


* Execute programs designed to ensure compliance with applicable laws and customer requirements; collaborate with company leadership to drive consistency in the approach, processes and tools


* Manage, assign and ensure resolution of customer escalations related to international shipments


* Lead the development of processes that track, monitor, trend and analyze warehouse operations and compliance with work instructions and standard operating procedures.


* Create compliance improvement plans that ensure examples of warehouse operations execution of all audit plan documentation and tasks with the appropriate level of consistency and governance


* Cross functional partnership to with domestic and international colleagues to drive consistency in the development, training and rollout of compliance processes

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience


* 5 years of experience in compliance, third-party risk management and/or compliance programming auditing


* Experience in program/project management, including change management, stakeholder management, user training and communications
