We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping operation and drive exceptional cleanliness standards, operational excellence, and team performance across our hotel.

Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, this is a key senior leadership position within the hotel, responsible for protecting the hotel’s physical assets, delivering outstanding guest satisfaction, and managing departmental financial performance.

As Executive Housekeeper, you will:


* Lead, organise and inspire a large Housekeeping team to consistently exceed brand cleanliness standards and deliver operational excellence


* Plan staffing levels in line with occupancy and productivity targets


* Conduct structured inspections of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces


* Partner closely with Front Office and Engineering to ensure seamless room readiness and preventative maintenance


* Oversee VIP arrivals, special requests and guest preference delivery


* Monitor guest feedback platforms and implement improvement action plans


* Drive measurable improvements in guest satisfaction metrics through structured quality control processes 


* Manage departmental budgets, payroll productivity, cost per occupied room and inventory control to ensure strong commercial performance


* Contribute to annual CAPEX strategy, refurbishment planning and asset lifecycle management in partnership with Hotel Manager


* Champion sustainability initiatives including waste reduction, chemical management and linen optimisation


* Drive recruitment, training, succession planning and performance management within the department
