Manager - Customer Project Technical Engineer

Good technical knowledge on Protection and Control for various applications like Generator, Transmission Lines, Motors,
Transformers, Busbar etc...
- Good knowledge on Protection and control panel schematic drawings (Protection and SAS design).
- Ability to do functional test and validate on Control and Relay panel (both Protection and Digital control systems)
- Ability to do test and validate iFAT on Bay computer applications, Modular RTUs, Event recorder, Data concentrator,
Gateways, Automatic voltage regulator.
- Develop and Maintain testing quality control systems to ensure product quality.
- Work closely with Project management / Engineering / Planning / Procurement / Manufacturing / Quality
- Responsible and improvement on report generation and test report management.
- Develop strategies, implement, and monitor process for the Testing of Control & Relays panels.
- Drive for continuous customer satisfaction in terms of improving testing efficiency, standardization of reports, meeting
customer requirements and quality measure.
- Ensure for Customer acceptance during Factory Acceptance Test.
- Do analysis of customer complaint ( A3 -3D tool ) Fish bone Diagram
- Plan and make use of available resources to ensure smooth and proper flow of activities to achieve the management
targets
- Short internval management meeting with team members for daily output.
- Job preparation (Daily / Weekly / Monthly )
