Job Summary:


* Lead CatA/B type of tenders and propose best Tendering Setup with the Opp Leader to win the project.


* Define the winning Tender strategy with the opportunity capture team.


* Lead the project cost optimization strategy if needed in order to reach the target price.


* Lead the tender preparation (Technical, Contract, Purchasing, Finance, HSE, Cybersecurity, Quality, Logistiscs, Workshop & Site Works, etc).


* Make sure the CAPEX scope quoted is "Services Ready".

Prepares or works with the services department to attach services offer with CAPEX offer.


* Manage tender risk analysis with SRM and SMEs.


* Present the offer to SE mgmt for approval/validation.


* Participate actively in customer negotiations and closing of the deal.


* Transfer project to execution team.


* Tendering activities shall be executed in full compliance with Schneider Electric's CPP (Customer Project Process), using the official tendering templates, tools, and established global best practices to ensure consistency, quality and governance adherence across all submissions.


* The Tendering Manager will primarily support tendering activities for the Schneider Electric Cloud & Service Providers (C&SP) Segment, with a focus on complex data center - related projects across the region.


* The tendering scope covers multi-Business Unit (multi-BU) opportunities, including integrated solutions involving Power Products, Power Systems, Secure Power, Services, and Digital Energy portfolios.
