Manager - HR Services

What will you do:


* Execute comprehensive workforce administration activities including contract management and HRIS updates while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations


* Handle critical HR operations including payroll logistics, personnel records maintenance, and training program administration


* Provide digital support to employees while collaborating with Schneider Digital for systems evolution and optimization


* Generate and analyze statistical reports for internal management and external stakeholders covering employee demographics, turnover, and other key metrics


* Manage relationships with HR outsourcing vendors and support implementation of rewards programs

* Demonstrated expertise in HR operations across multiple administrative areas including hiring, termination processes, and labor law compliance


* Strong technical proficiency in HRIS and digital HR tools


* Detail-oriented approach with excellent documentation and reporting capabilities


* Experience in benefits administration and compensation management


* Outstanding organizational and project management abilities
