As a Tender Manager, you will lead the end-to-end tendering process for complex, high-value projects.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across multiple business units to leverage synergies for shared customers.

Whatyou'llbe doing:


* Tender Strategy Development: Define and implement tailored tender strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.


* Bid Leadership: Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality bids, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.


* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other business units and with zone: sales, engineering, legal, finance, and procurement teams to gather inputs and validate offer components.


* Risk Management: Identify and assess commercial, contractual, and technical risks, and develop mitigation strategies.


* Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the tendering process, including clarifying requirements and negotiating terms.


* Process Improvement: Capture lessons learned and contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and templates to enhance future tendering efficiency.
