Especialista FP&A

The FP&A professional will lead the financial planning and performance management process for the SAM region, with a strong emphasis on regional consolidation across markets and clusters.

This role ensures the integrity, timeliness, and insightfulness of consolidated forecasts, budgets, and actuals; drives standardization of reporting; and provides actionable analysis to senior leadership to support decision-making and target delivery.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor, business acumen, and the ability to manage stakeholders across countries and functions.

Activities:


* Regional Consolidation & Cadence
Consolidate forecast (RF cycles), and month-end actuals across SAM markets ensuring accuracy, comparability, and timely submission.
Maintain a consistent E2E view of the P&L, balance sheet key movements.
Own the calendar and governance for submissions, validations, and leadership reviews (Finance Review, Cluster QBR, Zone Validation QBR).


* Performance Management & Insights
Deliver monthly performance packs: variance analysis (YoY, vs.

Budget, vs.

Latest Estimate), bridges (Volume/Price/Mix, FX, One-offs), and risk & opportunity tracking.
Translate financial trends into business insights, highlighting drivers, early warnings, and recommended actions.


* Standardization & Data Quality
Drive standard templates, definitions, and taxonomies across markets to improve data quality and comparability.
Partner with Controlling and Data/BI teams to streamline data flows and reduce manual work.


* Scenario Planning & Forecast Quality
Lead scenario modeling (base/upside/downside), sensitivity analyses, and what-if simulations to guide decisions.
Continuously improve forecast accuracy and establish methodologies for run-rate and driver-based planning.


* Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted partner to Cluster Finance Leads, Country Managers, and Commercial teams.
Prepare and present executive-ready materials for leadership reviews and QBRs at Cluster/Zone level.


* Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to Corporate FP&A policies, cutoffs, and consolidation rules (e.g., eliminations, FX, restatements).

Requirements:


* Degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering or related fields.


* Fluent in English


* Experienced professional of experience in consulting, accounting or financial planning and reporting.


* Knowledge of financial modeling theory, principles, and practices.


* Experience in an intercultural environment desirable


* Previous experience in FP&A.


* Strong analytical skills to handle complex matters and ensure accuracy of reporting, P&L analysis


* Proven leadership skills to act as trusted advisor toward different management levels
