Sales and Service Support - Stockholm

To strengthen our Back-of-House team in our Stockholm store, we are now recruiting a Sales and Service Support.

Mail responsibilities:


* Manage till operations, including opening/closing and reconciliation


* Review and comment on relevant reports in internal tool


* Complete files in desktop application for aftersales


* Prepare products for repair shipments and follow up with customers


* Manage customer service, including order sourcing, validation, and notifications


* Process remote sales payments and follow up with customers


* Order, follow up, and assign staff uniforms

Profile:


* Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and customer service required


* Strong attention to detail


* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English required


* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment


* Proficiency in computer applications
