Job Summary:

Working with the internal legal team, this position will support litigation and claims management on a global basis.

Duties will include supporting process improvements, maintaining records, conducting research, and coordinating communications.

The position will also help manage internal investigation processes, employment-related policies, labor and employment claims, communications with outside counsel representing the company, and insurance and risk management reporting and administration in relation to litigation and employment matters.

The position will support audit and other internal processes in connection with litigation tracking/reporting.

Provides support to in-house attorneys, outside counsel, and other legal team members at The CooperCompanies for a variety of paralegal work, with a focus on litigation and claim management.
