Position Options & Pay


* Full-Time: $46.00 - $52.00 per hour


* Per Diem: $53.00 - $56.00 per hour

What You'll Do


* Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans


* Help patients improve performance in activities of daily living


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic recovery


* Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment


* Maintain compliant, accurate documentation


* Promote safety, independence, and functional success

What We're Looking For


* Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred


* Strong organizational and communication skills


* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care


* Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
