Position Options & Pay


* Full-Time: $48.00 - $52.00 per hour


* Per Diem: $53.00 - $56.00 per hour

What You'll Do


* Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient-centered goals


* Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards


* Support a positive, motivating therapy environment

What We're Looking For


* Current Physical Therapist license in good standing


* Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred


* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills


* Patient-focused mindset with a passion for functional outcomes


* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
