Schedule: Full Time-Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm

What to expect:

Create and lead activities for patients, engage patients in meaningful programs, work as a Team with the Activities Department.

Must be comfortable driving facility van.

Successful Candidates:

Ingress Egress of Mobile Patients with Van

Transfer of patients into and out of Wheelchair

Properly securing WC bound residents into bays in Vans

Must be able to lift transfer and mobilize patient weights of up to 70 pounds by self in confined areas inside Van.

Must be able to make complex decisions involving highly dependent patient base.

Minimum of a High School Diploma or a GED

Minimum - 25 years old

Must have a valid DL

Must be familiar with GPS and local driving area

Rate: $18/hour
