Sr Process Analyst

Minimum Qualifications


* Bachelor’s degree in either of Computer Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.


* 3–5 years of experience in process analysis, business process improvement, or continuous improvement roles.


* Proven ability to map, document, and optimize complex cross-functional processes.


* Strong experience with process tools such as Visio, Service Now, Ms-Office, Teams


* Hands-on experience executing ITIL Process methodologies.


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.


* Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical process details into clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders.


* Advanced skills in Excel, data analysis, and familiarity with Power BI/Co-Pilot or similar tools.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement


* Analyze process and product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


* Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes.


* Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; propose and implement optimizations.


* Drive innovation, automation, and ongoing process enhancements.
