Position Purpose:

The Manufacturing Director, LATAM provides strategic and operational leadership for manufacturing operations across Latin America.

This role is responsible for driving safe, compliant, and cost‑competitive manufacturing performance while leading transformation initiatives across multiple sites.

The position plays a critical role in enabling profitable growth of the LATAM business and is a key member of the regional leadership team.

The Manufacturing Director, LATAM will report to the Vice President, Supply Chain – Enterprise Markets.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead manufacturing and operations strategy and execution across LATAM facilities, ensuring safety, quality, regulatory compliance, delivery, and cost competitiveness.


* Serve as a key member of the LATAM ABU leadership team, aligning manufacturing strategies and execution with business priorities and growth plans.


* Provide inspirational leadership to an organization of approximately 2,000 employees, fostering a strong “One Supply Chain” mindset across the region.
