Redwood Cove Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and confident RN Supervisor/Charge Nurse to help lead our nursing team.

What You'll Do


* Provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff during your shift


* Ensure resident care is delivered safely and according to care plans


* Support team members with guidance, coaching, and problem-solving


* Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance


* Respond to emergencies and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

What We're Looking For


* Active California RN license


* Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred


* Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
