* Serve as the primary financial consultant for Competency Centers and Operations, providing strategic guidance and performance insights


* Deliver comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making


* Drive process standardization and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency


* Develop and mentor finance team members while fostering a collaborative culture
