As a Product Manager for Deposits 2.0, you will be at the forefront of redefining our core deposit platform, driving transformative change across the organization.

Job responsibilities
* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
* Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Operations, and Data teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-quality products.
* Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory, security, and operational standards.
* Mentor and coach product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
* Utilize data, experimentation, and rapid iteration to inform decisions and drive product improvements.
* Communicate product vision, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data-driven insights.
* Champion a culture of experimentation, embracing new ideas and technologies to solve complex problems and deliver breakthrough solutions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
