Material Handler - Dynamatic

We're seeking a Material Handler who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and supporting a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 DOE
What You'll Do:
Support daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth material flow and accurate inventory management.
Primary Responsibilities
* Serve as backup support for shipping and receiving operations
* Process and complete ERP transactions accurately and in real time
* Unload incoming trucks and verify received materials against documentation
* Prepare, skid, and package outgoing customer orders
* Pick and stage parts for production and shipment
* Move incoming materials to designated stock locations
* Pick up and deliver parts between departments or external locations as required
* Perform mechanical sub-assembly production tasks as needed
Additional Responsibilities
* Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
* Perform basic building maintenance tasks
* Assist with other operational duties as required to support team objectives
What We're Looking For:
* Forklift experience required
* Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
* Shipping and receiving experience preferred
* Ability to safely lift and move materials as required
* Basic computer skills; ERP system experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Willingness to take initiative and take on a variety of responsibilities
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
