Foreperson Underground Construction II (Perham)

Position summary

A Construction Foreperson plans, coordinates and implements assigned construction projects in a safe, timely and professional manner.

A Foreperson provides daily direction to leads and multiple crews.

Qualifications

You are required to have:


* Five years of progressive underground utility construction experience


* One year minimum experience with an ISP


* Have a good understanding of operational characteristics of all equipment required for each project


* Demonstrated effective communication skills and good customer service skills


* Knowledge of safety requirements for a variety of situations


* Proficient with safely operating heavy equipment around utilities, people, structures and traffic


* Must have a valid Driver's license and DOT health card and must be able to pass Arvig Construction Operator Qualification for assigned equipment

Additional preferred qualifications:


*  Leadership and training skills


* Demonstrated management skills


* Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to all aspect of the construction process


* Proficient with a variety of electronic devices including operation of and use of applications and software.

Compensation

With CDL: Starting at $32.75/hr.

 This position will be based out of Perham, MN.
