Drop Plow Crew Lead II (Perham)

Advance your Construction career! We are looking for professional, proactive employees with experience in Drop Plowing.  Preferred candidates will have demonstrated experience with placing service drops with a drop plow and have the ability to work in team and individual environments while delivering high quality results.

Qualifications

 You are required to have:


* 2 years of progressive underground utility construction experience


* Possess a good understanding of operational characteristics of all equipment required for each project


* Knowledge of safety requirements for a variety of situations


* Effective communication skills and good customer service skills


* Proficient as an underground utility locator


* Proficient with safely operating heavy equipment around utilities, people, structures and traffic


* Minimum one year of experience working with an ISP


* DOT health card and must be able to pass Arvig Construction Operator Qualification for assigned equipment
+ Valid Class A Driver's license a plus!

Additional preferred qualifications: 


* Demonstrated effective and professional leadership and training skills


* Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to all aspects of the construction process


* Proficient with a variety of electronic devices including operation of and use of applications and software

Location

 This position will be based out of Perham.

Starting wage: 

With CDL: $31.74
