Lincoln Meadows Care Center is a skilled nursing facility (SNF) dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.

We are seeking a dependable and clinically strong Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis.
Position Summary

The Part-Time RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, oversee clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained.

Candidates must have full schedule flexibility and be available to work all shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed).
Responsibilities


* Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plans


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes


* Complete accurate and timely documentation


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members


* Ensure compliance with SNF regulations and facility policies

Qualifications


* Current, active RN license in good standing


* Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Excellent communication and organizational skills


* Full schedule flexibility for all shifts required
