KPI and Product Analytics, Vice President - GCB P&A

Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g.

dashboards), and advising the line of business on product performance.

As a Finance Vice President on the Global Corporate Banking (GCB) team you will be responsible for developing and managing KPIs, conducting product analysis focused on Payments and Lending, and delivering executive-level reporting to support business performance and decision-making.

Job responsibilities:


* Develop, refine, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and articulate performance across global segments within the Global Corporate Banking (GCB) team


* Conduct in-depth product analytics (focused on Payments and Lending), including regional and segment-level analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth


* Collaborate with GCB segment FP&A leads, Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB) product P&A partners, and Business Management to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for GCB Payments and Lending products, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business objectives


* Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior management


* Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and analytical methodologies to enhance decision-making


* Lead monthly and quarterly product performance reviews, ensuring timely and accurate communication of results and trends to senior leadership.


* Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and alignment on business objectives

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


* 7+ years of work experience in Finance or consulting


* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other analytics focused major


* Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint


* Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities, with experience in product performance evaluation


* Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership
