Job responsibilities


* Design and oversee the implementation of robust, high-performance payment network solutions, ensuring alignment with Chase's enterprise architecture standards


* Define and deliver the target-state architecture and roadmap for test environments spanning Gaia, AWS, and legacy systems.


* Architect and optimize core payment network processes, including transaction authorizations, tokenization, VAS integration, dispute management, Fraud/Risk processing, Identity and settlement.


* Ensure our Partners ability to not only test in QA, UAT and Performance environments but also enable the ability to condition data in those environments.


* Establish and enforce architectural best practices, standards, and guidelines across multiple teams and projects, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance


* Anticipate industry trends and emerging technologies (e.g., real-time payments, AI/ML in fraud detection, blockchain), shaping architectural direction to support Chase's long-term growth and innovation.


* Present complex technical concepts and architectural strategies to senior leadership, clients, and partners in a clear, compelling manner.


* Build trust and credibility with senior leaders, clients, regulators, and partners.


* Take responsibility for outcomes, especially during periods of change, crisis, or high-stakes delivery
