The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect with strong Salesforce and Net Zero Cloud expertise to join our growing digital team.

In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and sustainability projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You’ll partner with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective, scalable Salesforce-based solutions that support measurable sustainability outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Project Leadership & Delivery


* Lead Salesforce Net Zero Cloud implementation projects from discovery to post-launch optimization.



* Define project scope, goals, and success criteria in alignment with client sustainability objectives.



* Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into actionable project plans.



* Oversee delivery teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with ERM’s methodologies.



* Ensure projects adhere to security, scalability, and performance best practices throughout the lifecycle.



* Technical and Delivery Excellence



* Coordinate with technical consultants to design and deliver Salesforce configurations and integrations.



* Ensure solutions meet client requirements for carbon accounting, emissions tracking, and ESG reporting.



* Apply strong data governance, privacy, and security standards across all projects.



* Stay current with Salesforce innovations and sustainability trends to continuously improve delivery quality.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management


* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.



* Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations across project phases.



* Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement sessions to maximize client success.
