About You
In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
As a Procurement Operations Analyst within our Krakow Global Business Services Center, you will support North America Procurement Operations, contributing directly to three key activity areas: Material Groups Management, Process Improvement, and Business Partner/Supplier Engagement.
Your work enables smooth purchasing operations, supports strategic decision‑making, and ensures accurate execution of end‑to‑end procurement processes.

In this role you will:
* Process purchase orders daily with accuracy and timeliness.
* Reconcile and validate orders against receipt information to ensure correct system data.
* Partner with Sourcing Managers, Suppliers, and Business stakeholders to support smooth operations.
* Support operational teams using procurement data and coordinate cross‑functional issue resolution.
* Identify risks, issues, and process gaps, contributing to best‑practice improvements.
* Participate in continuous improvement and platform‑change workshops to enhance process efficiency.
Required Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
* Strong communication skills supporting partnership with suppliers and business stakeholders.
* High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
* Fluent Spanish and English.
* Willingness and ability to work late shift hours (14:30–22:30).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience coordinating with cross‑functional operational teams.
* Ability to identify process gaps and support improvement initiatives.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
* Knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools.
