Sr Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:


* Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications and modules.


* Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).


* Validate ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.


* Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.


* Maintain test documentation and provide detailed reports on test results and issues.


* Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.


* Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in ServiceNow testing.


* Use automated testing tools (e.g., ATF – Automated Test Framework) where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


* 5+ years of experience in testing ServiceNow applications.


* Must be willing to work in shifts


* Strong understanding of ITSM or other ServiceNow modules.


* Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a plus.


* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


* Experience with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, or TestRail.
