Digital Engineer

Your Mission
You will be responsible for driving industrial digitalization by programming, integrating, and continuously improving automated systems, ensuring seamless connectivity between equipment, controllers, and the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
You will work cross-functionally with multiple departments to define information standards, improve digital tools, and foster a strong digital culture focused on data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Program PLCs to integrate equipment and controllers with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
* Develop communication interfaces between different devices using industrial communication protocols.
* Design control systems, including flow diagrams to define system logic and selection/configuration of hardware components.
* Extract and process data from industrial equipment and machinery.
* Develop RPA solutions to automate internal processes.
* Implement and continuously improve existing digital tools.
* Define and standardize information management processes in collaboration with different departments.
* Perform industrial data analysis and create visual reports to support decision-making.
* Promote and strengthen digital culture within the industrial environment.
What We Are Looking ForExperience
* 3-4 years of experience in an industrial environment.
* Proven experience in PLC programming and industrial control system integration.
* Participation in automation or digital transformation projects within manufacturing environments.
Education
* Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Control Engineering, or related fields.
Technical Skills
* Strong PLC programming skills (experience with Schneider platforms is highly valued).
* Knowledge of industrial communication protocols.
* Python and C++ (valuable).
* Experience with simulation tools such as ABAQUS (valuable).
* SQL and database management.
* Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
* Data visualization tools such as Tableau.
* Knowledge of data analysis, machine learning, or data mining (valuable).
* Agile methodologies.
* Advanced English level (French is a plus).
