Located near Grenoble, the Eybens site is a true innovation hub.
Within the Conformity Assessment team, you will work in an international environment (Europe, China, India, USA) supporting R&D, technology and marketing teams with the application of normative, regulatory and internal requirements.
Our mission:
Ensure Schneider Electric products comply with global market expectations, streamline evaluation processes, and support interactions with external laboratories.
A major ongoing project you will contribute to: the harmonization and digitalization of our tools and processes, aimed at improving traceability, standardization and efficiency.
Your missions Support to administrative activities
You will be a key facilitator for the team by:
* Managing administrative tasks within our various information systems;
* Structuring and updating collaborative spaces (Teams, SharePoint) to ensure smooth workflows;
* Supporting teams in using these digital spaces and promoting best practices;
* Organizing internal meetings (room booking, visitor coordination, catering arrangements) and participating when required.
Certification documentation management
You will dive into the heart of Schneider Electric's certification processes by:
* Using Conformity Assessment digital tools (databases, se.com publication platform);
* Collecting information, maintaining dashboards and tracking updates for various stakeholders;
* Managing purchase orders and invoices related to certificate maintenance (UL, CSA) and contributing to budget reporting.
Continuous improvement of processes
Because your ideas matter:
* Creating and optimizing templates, procedures and guides used by the team;
* Participating in a project to partially automate file management (data extraction, formatting, harmonization).
Your profileEducation : You already have an executive assistant BTS diploma and are now in enrolled in a bachelor's degree in GEA or GEMA ( 1st year ) with a strong interest in organisation and digital tools Skills required
