Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients.

Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).

Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

We are looking for a highly skilled Multi-Cloud Security Architect to help design, secure, and continuously improve our global cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

You will play a key role in shaping the security architecture of our worldwide digital ecosystem, ensuring that our cloud platforms meet the highest standards of cybersecurity, compliance, resilience, and operational excellence.

This role requires deep expertise in multi-cloud security, strong architectural background, the ability to produce high-quality documentation, and an innovative, open-minded mindset to drive modern cloud security solutions at scale.

What will you do?

Cloud Architecture & Security


* Design secure, scalable, and compliant architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.


* Define and implement cloud security baselines, guardrails, landing zones, and Zero-Trust-aligned controls.


* Lead end-to-end architecture reviews for new cloud services and workloads.


* Ensure strong identity, network, workload, and data protection across cloud platforms.


* Support the development of cloud governance models, security frameworks, and reference architectures.

Security Engineering & Innovation


* Identify and evaluate new cloud security technologies, services, and approaches.


* Drive automation and standardization of cloud security capabilities.


* Collaborate with global engineering teams to integrate security into DevOps pipelines (DevSecOps).

Risk, Compliance & Incident Support


* Assess cloud risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support compliance with global regulations.
