Integration Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking an Integration Manager to support our client's Data Centre project located in Helsinki, Finland.

We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:


* Coordinate and track all integration activities across different project phases


* Act as the main point of contact for integration planning, execution, and milestone reporting


* Identify and manage construction phase deliverables across CSA and MEP systems


* Provide bi-weekly progress reports covering design, procurement, construction, and handover


* Develop and maintain the Integration Execution Plan to align all project activities


* Lead internal and client integration meetings to ensure clear communication and accountability


* Ensure compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement process


* Coordinate snagging, commissioning, and handover activities with the client


* Participate in design meetings and workshops, providing integration updates


* Support installation planning and site onboarding, including H&S documentation and method statements


* Promote and ensure full Health & Safety compliance in all integration activities

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field


* At least 5 years' experience in on-site construction project management (data centre or pharma projects preferred)


* Good understanding of MEP and CSA coordination in complex projects


* Telecommunications design and installation experience is an advantage


* Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
