Electrical Commissioning Engineer

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking an Electrical Commissioning Engineer to support our client's Data Centre project located in Helsinki, Finland.

We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:


* Supervise electrical commissioning works and vendor activities on site


* Ensure work is completed in line with project scope, quality and safety requirements


* Monitor progress and report on project milestones and deadlines


* Attend and contribute to regular project coordination meetings


* Review and track relevant project documentation and approvals


* Witness and oversee testing and commissioning activities


* Coordinate with internal teams (QA/QC, safety, project management) to meet project objectives


* Support day-to-day site operations and resolve issues as they arise

Requirements:


* Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or Electrical Trade


* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within construction projects


* Experience with electrical systems (LV/MV/HV, UPS, generators, switchgear, controls)


* Experience in electrical testing and verification


* Strong understanding of site supervision, safety, and quality standards


* Analytical problem-solving skills with a proactive and decisive approach


* Process-driven mindset with focus on safety and quality management
