MEP Lead

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a MEP Lead to support our client's Data Centre project located in Helsinki, Finland.

We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:


* Lead and manage a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers


* Suggest design improvements to reduce costs, improve constructability, and maintain quality


* Maintain strong commercial awareness throughout the project


* Monitor construction work to ensure good workmanship and correct materials are used


* Coordinate with the contracts manager, site engineers, and discipline leads to ensure subcontractors receive accurate and timely information


* Review drawings and specifications, and report any errors or missing information to the design team


* Plan project resource needs and motivate the project team


* Ensure the highest health and safety standards are followed on site

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field


* Good knowledge of procurement processes


* Experience in scheduling, planning, and sequencing construction activities


* Proven experience leading MEP teams


* Experience delivering data centre MEP projects


* Strong communication and teamwork skills
