Talent Attraction Coordinator - Tamheer
The Talent Attraction Coordinator plays a key supporting role in delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
This role manages recruitment operations, coordinates hiring processes, ensures timely communication.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, panel members, and candidates.
* Manage logistical arrangements for interviews (meeting rooms, virtual links, assessment tools).
* Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Maintain clear and timely communication regarding interview schedules, updates, and next steps.
* Assist hiring managers by coordinating recruitment activities and providing status updates
* Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and analytics (e.g., time to hire, pipeline status).
* Maintain recruitment data accuracy and integrity within the ATS.
* Ensure all recruitment activities meet company policies and local labor regulations.
* Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English language or related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, coordination, or administrative support (preferred).
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills in English language verbally and written
* High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
