Title: Analyst - Manufacturing Applications
Location: Bangalore, KA
We are seeking an experienced Analyst - Manufacturing Applications with 4+ years of expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other manufacturing shopfloor applications to lead global deployments & support across multiple factories.
This role requires deep manufacturing process knowledge and proven ability to solve complex challenges for a customized solution.
Responsibilities:
Lead global deployment projects of MES & other applications across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Manage global run support of these applications to ensure application stability and effectiveness.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand factory-specific processes and tailor configurations accordingly.
Develop and execute deployment & run support strategies, migration plans, and risk mitigation measures for large-scale rollouts & support operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment & run support issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Operations) to ensure seamless integration with ERP, shop-floor systems, and IoT devices.
Establish and enforce standardized deployment & run support methodologies and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to regional deployment teams and ensure knowledge transfer.
Monitor deployment progress, report KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data integrity, and regulatory requirements during deployments.
Stay updated on manufacturing applications advancements and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for global manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
4+ years of experience in implementation and deployment, preferably with strong expertise in MES.
Proven track record of leading global or multi-site deployments & run support in discrete manufacturing environments.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, architecture, and system integration.
Strong problem-solving skills for addressing complex challenges.
Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle DB, and scripting for data migration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with integration technologies and IoT connectivity.
Exposure to Agile Project methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
