Senior Director External Quality

What you will do

This co-op with the External Quality team will provide you with an opportunity to deliver solutions to consumers in real time! The intern will be a key member of the team helping achieve a key objective of timely delivery of consumer products.

You will also maintain and publish key performance indicating metrics for the team.

In addition, you will get an overview of the intricacies of a complex supply chain and challenges of navigating through it.

Key Responsibilities:


* Improve maintenance of third-party vendor lists


* Increase efficiency of processes through the use of technology such as Smartsheet, AI, PowerBI, SAP/OneS4 Hana, etc.


* Collect and review quality documentation against pre-determined specifications, including but not limited to batch records, certificates of analysis, and certificates of manufacture for product approval.


* Support the collection, review and organization of master documentation data, both hard copy and electronically, to ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.


* Lead and provide support to various continuous improvement initiatives.


* Supports product qualification and validation activities as part of ongoing support to marketed products as well as new product launches.

Required Qualifications


* Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g.

H1-B status)


* Minimum of 2 years complete of a 4-year Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) program is required (A focused degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Biological Sciences is preferred)
