Global Philanthropy - Program Associate

The Global Philanthropy team manages investments that include multi-year initiatives aimed at increasing economic opportunity around the world by expanding workforce readiness, growing small businesses, improving consumer financial health and expanding the economic vitality of the world's cities.
As an Associate Program Manager on the Global Philanthropy team, you will directly support the team's work tied to JPMorgan Chase's four impact pillars as well as the application of that work within communities in the Southeast and expanding markets.
You will report to the Head of the Southeast Region in Global Philanthropy.
Additionally, you will successfully and skillfully align project management experience with JPMorganChase business objectives to support the local and national implementation and communication of the Global Philanthropy strategy, including grantmaking, strategic initiatives, timely activations and other activities that advance work throughout the portfolios.
Job Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of a grantmaking strategy with Program Officers (POs) aligned with the philanthropic goals and objectives of the firm and rooted in local context and conditions.
* Partner with POs to develop business plans for their respective markets, identify shared learning and connection points, review grant summaries and prepare packets for governance processes as requested and meet regularly with POs to identify collaboration opportunities and lessons learned.
* Manage internal reporting systems, perform regular data analysis, inform and partner with POs on insights, and partner with pertinent team members on Salesforce grantmaking and data accuracy.
* Review grant portfolio frequently to ensure portfolio is on track to meet grantmaking deadlines and identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance process/tool efficiencies
* Demonstrate advanced proficiency in developing data-driven presentations and executive-level decks that effectively communicate analytical findings and operational insights.
* Support the team on special projects as assigned.
