SUMMARY

Alarm Coordinator - Dispatch and process alarm signals, cctv events, building security events, and alarm related phone traffic; maintain and update alarm processing database; make alarm programming changes as needed; document and monitor security events; assist alarm users with first level alarm system problems, (arming, disarming, force arming, minor malfunctions); perform system backups and equipment maintenance;

RESPONSIBILITIES
\n
\n


* Dispatch and process alarm signals, CCTV events, building security events, and related phone traffic.\n


* Assist Central Station customers with alarm related issues.\n


* Maintaining alarm processing database.

(Call list updates, code assignments, site information adjustments, and new account entry.)\n


* Alarm programming and troubleshooting.

Generating reports.\n

REQUIREMENTS
\n
\n


* High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.\n


* One to two years general experience\n

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:



* Education:High school diploma or equivalent.


* Experience:1-2 years general experience.


* Skills:Excellent communication, Microsoft Excel, customer service and multitasking abilities.


* Shift: 10:30 PM CST to 6:30 AM CST
