Finance Business Partner-Services Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a self-driven, proactive, and high-energy Finance Business Partner to join our Services Operations organization.

This is a high-visibility and high-impact role, ideal for a young professional with 5+ years of experience who is ready to take the next step and operate with autonomy, ownership, and strategic influence.

As the Finance Business Partner for Services Operations, you will be the single point of contact for all financial performance topics related to Services Operations - from planning and forecasting to execution, profitability analysis, and decision support.

You will work closely with your manager (Business Finance Controller for Services), senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive clarity, actionable insights, and strong financial discipline.

This role demands someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, solves complex problems independently, and consistently brings a positive, collaborative attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Financial Leadership


* Act as the primary finance point of contact for the Services Operations organization.


* Manage, support, and control the financial performance end-to-end, from strategic planning to execution.


* Provide rigorous analysis, transparency, and financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions.


* Become a trusted advisor who challenges assumptions and drives alignment between decisions and expected profitability impacts (GM, value creation, risk mitigation).

Forecasting, Revenue & Performance Management


* Lead and manage the Sales Forecast process (from backlog analysis to invoicing and revenue recognition).


* Monitor performance against plan, identify gaps, and proactively recommend actions to achieve financial targets.


* Deliver a single version of the truth through excellence in analytics and clear storytelling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


* Partner with multidisciplinary teams, including Back Office, Execution, GSC, Project Controlling, CPO, CoE, Sales, etc.


* Enable teams to understand financial impacts, trade-offs, and long-term implications of key decisions.


* Facilitate strong communication loops and alignment across functions.

Process Improvement & Standardization


* Implement standard processes, scalable tools, and automated ways of working (WoW) to enhance efficiency.


* Identify improvement opportunities in performance management, reporting, and forecasting.


* Drive digital finance initiatives and support continuous improvement within the Finance organization.

Profile & Skills We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills


* 4-6 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business/project Controlling, GSC/Manufacturing, or similar roles.


* Strong analytical mindset: able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.


* High level of ownership and ability to deliver independently in ambiguous environments.
