Warehouse Supervisor

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Supervisor for Mty 4 and be part of an exciting operation that keeps our supply chain moving! We're looking for an energetic professional to lead and inspire our warehouse teams while ensuring operational excellence.

What will you do:


* Lead and mentor warehouse teams, focusing on performance management, employee development, and maintaining high engagement levels


* Oversee daily operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipment activities according to principles


* Manage inventory control processes and ensure accurate records management


* Coordinate team assignments and workflows based on changing priorities and operational demands


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining standard work procedures

* Proven track record in warehouse operations management, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control


* Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development and performance management


* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail


* Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining operational efficiency


* Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships

Requeriments:


* Degree in related fields


* +2 years experience as a warehouse supervisor


* Experience in replanishment strategies, receiving area, cycle counting, inventory, etc.


* Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus


* Leadership skills


* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office


* Mandatory: Experience with direct reports, leading a team of at least 15 people or more


* SAP knowledge


* Strong sense of responsability


* Intermediated English Level
