What will you do:
* Lead customer experience initiatives across multiple channels and platforms, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
* Analyze customer feedback and research data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement action plans in collaboration with business stakeholders to enhance customer experience
* Drive rapid resolution of customer dissatisfaction through effective containment, correction, and prevention strategies
* Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and exceed expectations

* Proven track record in customer experience management and operational excellence
* Minimum 5 years experience managing customer experience
* Strong excel experience

* Outstanding problem-solving abilities and project management skills
