Join our team and increase your opportunities for success.The Internal Control Compliance Analyst will support the Enterprise Products' Sarbanes-Oxley compliance process.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assist in documenting internal controls, process flows, and narratives for key business processes.
* Support process owners in documenting control activities, including completeness and accuracy checks, reconciliations, approvals, and system-based controls.
* Assist in identifying control gaps, inefficiencies, or risks and support the development of remediation plans.
* Participate in walkthroughs with process owners to understand control objectives, risks, and execution steps.
* Maintain organized control documentation, including narratives, flowcharts, and evidence repositories.
* Support updates to controls when processes change or risks evolve.
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to streamline control execution and strengthen the overall control environment.
* Keep apprised of new Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and guidance (including PCAOB staff alerts).
* Partner with project teams during system implementations and upgrades to ensure internal controls are embedded in process and system design.
* Work with process owners to update control narratives, flowcharts, and procedures to reflect new system functionality.
* Participate in readiness assessments to confirm that controls are functioning as intended prior to go‑live.
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure proper documentation of system changes, approvals, and control impacts.
