Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As an RN at Tice Valley, you will be the backbone of our clinical excellence during the PM shift.



* Patient Assessment: Monitor conditions and assess needs to provide individualized care and expert advice.


* Clinical Communication: Observe and interpret symptoms, ensuring clear and timely communication with physicians.


* Care Planning: Collaborate with the medical team to devise and implement personalized care plans for every resident.


* Core Procedures: Perform routine clinical procedures (vital signs, injections, wound care) and maintain meticulous charting and documentation.

Requirements:



* Licensure: Current, valid California Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required).
