Software Engineer [Multiple Positions Available]
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Design, develop and implement software solutions.
Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices.
Involve in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules.
Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows.
Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions.
Communicate with stakeholders including business, technical, UI, and UX partners.
Identify and troubleshoot application code-related issues.
Take an active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, IT Consultant, Mobile App Developer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires seven (7) years of experience with the following: Building native iOS features using Swift and Objective-C; Developing Android components with Kotlin and Java; Implementing responsive web interfaces using TypeScript, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap; Maintaining version control using Xcode, Android Studio, VSCode, and Git; Delivering software using agile and scrum methodologies; Developing unit and UI tests using Xcode; Applying industry-standard design patterns including MVC, MVVM, MVP, Factory, Singleton, and Delegate; Investigating design strategies and technical feasibility for new features, integrations, and architectural changes using UML tools, architecture review boards, and prototyping platforms; Prototyping RESTful API endpoints and integration flows with Postman; Developing mobile components that integrate with REST APIs; Caching user data, application settings, and offline content with SQLite; Enforcing coding standards through code reviews across multiple technology stacks and frameworks; Maintaining consistent design and coding guidelines for Swift, Kotlin, Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Cordova; Managing source code using GitHub, Bitbucket, and Source Tree; Monitoring application performance using AppDynamics, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, and Grafana Dashboard; Designing cloud-native infrastructures, integrating AWS managed services to enhance system performance and security; Monitoring application performance using AppDynamics; Optimizing system reliability by enabling proactive issue detection and resolution; Supporting API testing by developing and ...
