As a Trading Services Analyst within our Trading Operations team, you deliver accurate trade support and solve settlement queries in a dynamic environment.

You perform control reconciliations to verify trading positions, investigate settlements, and drive process improvements through automation.

Job responsibilities


* Upload market data to risk management systems


* Perform reconciliations against market sources


* Verify trading positions through control reconciliations across front, middle, and back office


* Investigate and resolve settlement and confirmation queries


* Produce and present management statistics


* Support operations projects and new initiatives


* Assist with technology enhancements and system implementations


* Collaborate with team members to improve processes


* Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency


* Maintain accurate records and documentation


* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* One year of relevant work experience


* Strong logical and analytical mindset


* Ability to challenge the status quo and think creatively


* Understanding of process flows and system linkages


* Ability to identify and implement process improvements


* Excellent written and oral communication skills


* Ability to collaborate across functions


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel

* BA or BS degree (either Economics or Industrial Engineer)
