CNA (Monday – Friday, 2:30PM–11PM CST)

Key Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.


* Provide mobility support such as turning, positioning, and transferring residents safely.


* Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health indicators.


* Report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff.


* Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas.


* Support residents during mealtimes, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.


* Uphold resident privacy and dignity at all times.


* Accurately document care and services provided.

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or equivalent.


* Current CNA certification in good standing with the state.


* Previous long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.


* Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.


* Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs and assist with resident mobility.


* Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
