Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), University Inpatient, Full-Time

Join a friendly and collaborative team, working along side multiple employees to provide superior patient care in an Inpatient care setting.

Responsibilities:


* Functions under supervision of a Physical Therapist


* Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses


* Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment


* Effectively communicate both verbally and written


* Promote evidence based patient care

Qualifications:


* Current PTA license in state of Florida


* Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification


* Experience preferred, will consider a new grad


* Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements

Location: Brooks Rehabilitation Inpatient Hospital located at  3599 University Blvd S, Jacksonville, FL 32216

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours a day.

Rotating 1 weekend day every 4 weeks. 

Compensation: Experience, education and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
