A Brief Overview

The Safety and Systems Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of Voyant Beauty's enterprise Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems and safety programs across all global sites.

This role serves as the subject matter expert for EHS management systems, software platforms, data integrity, and standardized safety processes, ensuring consistent application of safety standards, regulatory compliance, incident management, and performance measurement across the organization.

This is a remote position requiring cross-functional collaboration, systems thinking, and the ability to drive standardization while supporting site-level execution.

What you will do


* Lead the development, administration, and continuous improvement of EHS management systems and software platforms (e.g., AIC, Brady, MSDS Online, and other EHS tools).

Serve as system owner for EHS applications, including configuration, user access, data integrity, reporting, and system enhancements.

Partner with IT, EHS leadership, and site teams to integrate EHS systems with enterprise reporting and business processes.

Develop standardized workflows, templates, and system guidance to ensure consistent use across all sites.
