A Brief Overview

The Process Safety Management (PSM) Manager is responsible for leading, governing, and continuously improving the Process Safety Management program across multiple PSM-covered manufacturing sites.

This remote role provides strategic oversight, technical expertise, and program standardization to ensure compliance with OSHA PSM and EPA RMP regulations while supporting safe operations in high-hazard processes.

The PSM Manager partners with site leadership, EHS, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive consistent execution of PSM elements, mitigate process risks, and foster a culture of process safety across the organization.

What you will do


* Provide enterprise-level leadership and governance for the Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) programs across six PSM-covered sites, ensuring consistent interpretation and application of regulatory requirements and risk management


* Develop, implement, and maintain standardized PSM policies, procedures, tools, and metrics to drive compliance and continuous improvement.


* Lead and oversee Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), including facilitation strategy, revalidation schedules, recommendations tracking, and risk prioritization.


* Oversee Management of Change (MoC) programs to ensure technical rigor, risk assessment, and timely closure of actions related to process changes.
