We are a Medicare-certified premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that serves the greater Peninsula region in San Jose, California.

We are a proud provider of skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation.

Our facility is conveniently located in San Jose, next to Regional Medical Center, and a short drive to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, O'Connor Hospital, and other major hospitals.

Canyon Springs Post-Acute is hiring an Activity Assistant.

Part Time

$18.45

Job Duties:


* Assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program.


* This must be done in accordance with current federal, state, local and corporate standards, regulations, and guidelines to assure that an on-going program of activities is designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.


* Bi-lingual Vietnamese or Bi-lingual Spanish
