Key Responsibilities


* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols


* Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions, including vital signs


* Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered nursing care


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans


* Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment


* Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications


* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care


* Ability to work effectively as part of a team


* Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
